Bootle take on Chasetown at home, this is the first time since their last home game after 2-0 defeat to Mossley on the last day of November. The Bucks were due to play Witton Albion last weekend but Storm Darragh intercepted the fixture from going ahead and we are still awaiting for confirmation on the rescheduled fixture.
Bootle missed out on their chance to get back to winning ways at home by following up on their impressive away victory away at Hednesford Town on December 3rd. Nonetheless they hope to make their fans cold Tuesday night in Bootle well spent by beating Chasetown convincingly with a good performance and to climb further up the table.
Our visitors from The Midlands are having a blistering season so far, their momentum in the league will surely have both the fans and the squad that they can push for the play off areas towards the end of the season if they continue to go on as they have done. A win against Bootle far from home on a cold Tuesday night would be a big three points for The Scholars.
