Bootle welcome Trafford to The Berry Street Garage Stadium to kick off the year 2025, The Bucks were scheduled to play away to Vauxhall Motors on January 2nd but the fixture was postponed due to weather conditions.
By Brendan Doyle
Bootle ended the year 2024 with a 1-0 loss to Runcorn Linnets, the 2024/25 campaign in general hasn’t been great for The Bucks having only gained 30 points in 24 games. A win today at home would be a good way to start turning things around for Bootle and a very positive start for 2025.
Trafford currently sit 11th in the league table, in mid to late November they only picked up a point during that period. However, in December Trafford were unbeaten in all of their fixtures but mostly picking up draws but nonetheless proven they are difficult to beat as of late and are bound to give Bootle a tough game on their trip to Merseyside.
