As we welcome Witton Albion to the Berry Street Garage Stadium, The Bucks look to get back to winning ways at our home turf after losing 1-0 to Hednesford Town in our last fixture here, courtesy of a first minute successful strike by Akheem Rose.

As we enter our first home fixture in March, it’s worth mentioning that Bootle have only lost just one home game since the start of 2025, but to keep that impressive stat alive after today Mick McGraa and his squad will have to overcome Witton Albion which will be no easy obstacle and the lads will have to be on their toes. Nonetheless the lads will be very keen to get back to winning ways after two consecutive losses including a 2-1 defeat away to league leaders Widnes last week in which latest signing Nathan Sandison made his debut in and put in a good performance before he was substituted in the 62nd minute.
Today’s visitors Witton Albion currently sit one place and two points above Bootle in the league standings, after suffering a 1-0 defeat away to Stafford Rangers last week Albion themselves will be hunting for three points today and will potentially climb up to tenth place in the table depending on other results.
