Match Preview: Wythenshawe (A)

After a 5-2 home win against Stalybridge Celtic on the weekend, The Bucks make the trip to Manchester to take on 6th placed Wythenshawe.

By Brendan Doyle

Bootle were finally back to winning ways on Saturday in a 5-2 home victory against Stalybridge Celtic in an impressive team performance. The newest member of the Bootle ranks Courtney Duffus made a very fiery debut as he grabbed two goals after only just putting pen to paper with The Bucks on Thursday, after getting the taste of victory in a Bootle shirt on the weekend, himself and the rest of the Bootle squad will be very keen to keep the momentum going with a win in Manchester tonight.

The hosts for tonight’s game are on somewhat of an impressive run as of late and are unbeaten in the league since late September, whilst currently sitting 6th in the table it would be fair to say Wythenshawe have got off to a good start to life in their newly found division. A win tonight against their visitors would take them into the play off positions and even further up the table depending on results elsewhere.
